Books

From over 35 years of active self-learning, these are some of the books that I draw from for all my teachings, programs and opinions.

I’m not a psychologist, clinician or scientist so I’ve relied on the expertise of those who are, as well what I and other introspecting souls have observed in others and experienced ourselves.

The books, videos, workshops, and expert advice of many dedicated and knowledgable professionals provide the information I try to distill into practical tools we can all use to grow and better ourselves.

May you enjoy the learning journey while giving yourself grace!

You can find most of these books on Amazon or through your local bookstore.

Tony Robbins

maxresdefault

I love Tony. I’ve started reading Tony Robbins self-development books and listening to his audio programs when I was fifteen. Yep, I was a popular teen. (But not so much.) Tony has spent so much time studying human psychology, he’s a walking encyclopedia and, yes, world expert, on the subject. He knows human dynamics better than most. He lives and breathes for this stuff. So do I, but he’s been focused on it for longer and has worked with many millions of people. Impressive, indeed. TYTR
