Welcome to Wingmam.com (“Website”), operated by Anna Jorgensen (“Coach,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using this Website and/or participating in our coaching programs, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
1. Service Definition and Scope
Nature of Services: Wingmam provides online coaching programs, educational materials, a dedicated chatbot for general support and guidance, and referral services to other professionals in the dating and relationship domain.
What Services Are Not: Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. Coaching does not diagnose, treat, or cure mental health conditions. If you require therapeutic or medical care, you must seek a licensed professional.
No Guaranteed Results: While our coaching supports personal growth in dating and relationships, no specific outcome—including finding or keeping a romantic partner—is guaranteed. Clients are fully responsible for their own decisions and actions.
2. Professional Boundaries
No Romantic Relationships: Romantic or sexual relationships between the Coach and current or former clients are strictly prohibited. If such feelings arise, coaching will be terminated immediately and a referral may be made to another professional.
Communication Boundaries: Contact between sessions is limited to the channels and times specified in your individual coaching agreement. Emails or messages are typically responded to within two (2) business days. Emergency or inappropriate contact outside agreed hours is not permitted.
Ethical Standards: We follow professional coaching ethics, including respect, integrity, and non-discrimination. All clients will be treated with dignity regardless of gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, or relationship style.
3. Confidentiality and Privacy
Confidentiality Commitment: Information shared during coaching is confidential except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., imminent risk of harm, abuse, or illegal activity).
Information Use: Session content may be used anonymously for supervision or professional development purposes. Client stories or testimonials will only be shared publicly with explicit written consent.

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to actively participate in coaching, complete assignments, and take full responsibility for their own results.
Coaching is a collaborative process—outcomes depend on your commitment, honesty, and effort, as well as external factors beyond the Coach’s control.
Clients must disclose any mental health treatment or medical conditions that could affect their participation.
5. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations
Fees: Coaching fees, packages, and payment schedules are detailed in your individual coaching agreement. All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise arranged in writing.
Refunds: Due to the personal nature of coaching, refunds are generally not provided except in cases where the Coach is unable to deliver services or as otherwise specified in your agreement.
Prepaid but unused sessions may be refunded or credited at the sole discretion of the Coach in accordance with our refund policy.
Cancellations: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed or late cancellations may be charged in full.
Session Expiry: Unused sessions expire six (6) months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Intellectual Property
All coaching materials, methodologies, course videos, and written content remain the intellectual property of Wingmam. Clients may not reproduce, share, or distribute these materials without prior written consent.
Recording of sessions is strictly prohibited without written permission.
Any client-generated materials (e.g., written reflections or exercises) remain the property of the client, but Wingmam may retain copies for internal use or recordkeeping.
7. Liability Disclaimers
Assumption of Risk: Clients voluntarily assume full responsibility for decisions and actions arising from coaching or chatbot interactions.
No Professional Advice: Coaching and chatbot guidance are for educational and informational purposes only. They do not replace legal, medical, financial, or therapeutic advice.
Chatbot Disclaimer: The Wingmam chatbot provides general support and educational information. It cannot guarantee accuracy, interpret individual situations perfectly, or substitute for professional judgment. Use of the chatbot is entirely at your own discretion and risk.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Coach’s total liability for any claim arising from the use of services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for those services.
Mental Health Referrals: If the Coach determines that a client requires therapy or medical intervention, coaching may be paused or terminated, and a referral provided.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the coaching relationship with written notice.
Prepaid but unused sessions may be refunded or credited in accordance with the refund policy.
Upon termination, both parties agree to cease coaching-related contact unless otherwise mutually agreed.
9. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, they will be submitted to mediation or binding arbitration in Vancouver, BC, rather than litigation in court.
10. Technology and Online Use
Coaching sessions and communications may occur through third-party platforms (e.g., Zoom, email, or messaging apps). Wingmam is not liable for technical failures, interruptions, or data breaches caused by these platforms.
Clients are responsible for ensuring a secure and reliable internet connection and for using up-to-date devices and software.
Social media or digital interactions between Coach and client must remain professional at all times.
11. Updates and Acceptance
These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in law or business practices.
Clients will be notified of significant updates, and continued use of Wingmam’s services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
By engaging in any Wingmam program or coaching service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
